Contact

Ready to talk? Book the call. Have a question? Ask me.

If you're ready to work through a decision, grab 30 minutes.

If you want to ask something first, send it over.

Either way, you'll hear from me. Not a team. Not an autoresponder.

Book the call

The discovery call.

30 minutes. No deck. No pitch. No data pull.

Come with one decision in your business you wish you could see more clearly. Bring that. That's the whole agenda.

Bring one of these

  • Whether you can afford the hire.
  • Why cash is tighter than the P&L says it should be.
  • What a big investment does if revenue comes in below plan.
  • Or the decision you actually have.
Discovery call 30 minutes

If the calendar doesn't load, send your question below and I'll reply with times.

Ask first

Have a question first?

You don't need to book a call to ask me something.

What's the question? If it's about a decision you're facing, even better.

I read every question and reply personally.

Questions

What owners usually want to know first.

What does a fractional CFO actually do?
Your bookkeeper tells you what happened. I help you decide what to do next. Can you afford the hire? Should you raise prices? Why is cash getting tighter even though revenue is growing? That's the work.
Do you do bookkeeping or taxes?
No. I work from the accounting you already have. If the books aren't ready for that yet, I'll tell you and help you figure out what needs to happen first.
What happens after the 90 days?
You keep everything we built. The goal is for you to understand it well enough to use it without me. If you want ongoing help pressure-testing decisions, we can keep working together. If you don't, you take the keys and run.
How is this priced?
I don't bill by the hour. The 90-day engagement has a defined scope and price, so you know what we're solving, what you're getting, and when the engagement ends. We'll talk specifics once I understand the decisions you're trying to make.
Do I need to prepare anything for the discovery call?
No deck. No data pull. Just come with one decision in your business that you wish you could see more clearly. That's enough to start.
Why not just buy better reporting software?
Software can show you more numbers. Decision Visibility is knowing which ones actually matter when you're deciding whether to hire, raise prices, spend cash, or take on another client. If your problem is getting access to the data, buy software. If you already have the data and still can't see the decision clearly, that's the problem I solve.
